The EPS team focuses on innovative and effective Directors and Officers Liability programs, with specialized expertise in helping clients through an IPO process. Mary will be a Vice President and Account Executive, servicing clients and supporting new business acquisition in the Northwest and the Bay Area.
Mary brings over 20 years of experience in risk management consulting and insurance. She has specialized in the negotiation and placement of financial product lines of insurance including Directors & Officers, Employment Practices and Fiduciary Liability, Commercial Crime and Kidnap & Ransom insurance for both privately held and publicly traded companies.
